Once it's on the field, you'll have to use some kind of material or use the second effect. Burn is the only second effect, so I'd like to use an effect that returns banishment to his GY. It would be ideal to bring back his Fossil Fusion Monster, which was removed for his own effect, and use the effect again.
It's a card that supports the activation of Fossil Fusion Monster's GY effect, but is it difficult to use if the trigger of Special Summon depends on something else?

With the effect of (1), you can send Fossil monsters from the Extra Deck to GY. Fossil Fusion Monsters, except for the highest grade, have effects that activate with GY, and 《Fossil Dragon Skullgar》can search for 《Fossil Fusion》, so it can be used to start the Deck. Also, even if you send the highest grade Fossil Fusion Monster to GY, it will not have any effect, but it is easy to use as a fusion material, and it can cover the point that 《Fossil Fusion》tends to be dependent on the other party.
If you use this card's effect, you have to discard your hand, but since it's an effect rather than a cost, you want to limit your losses by activating 《Weathering Soldier》and 《Shell Knight》.
The main drawback to this effect is that it requires a Special Summon, which cannot be assisted by Gym cards. Adamancipator, a Rock Deck regular, is an easy trigger, so if you don't like mix-ups, you're pretty much guaranteed.
In (2), it is used to recover excluded fusion materials or reuse his GY effects on Fossil Fusion Monsters. 《Fossil Fusion》must be in GY, but if (1) is used well, the flow will satisfy the conditions.
In general, if you can get Special Summon, you can expect it to work fairly well, so even though Adamancipator is enough, I would like some kind of support as a gym card.

Following "Weathering Soldier", which is the main deck monster used by GM in anime GX and was earlier in the collection, Shell Knight and this card have also been OCGized with her Fossil fusion related effects.
However, this card does not have a high status as a low-level monster like Weathering Soldier or Shell Knight. + Fossil I'm worried about the extremely low self-containment power of the effect, which can only be used to send this card, which is a material for fusion, to GY.

However, I think it's a bit strange that none of them are useful and can't even be activated unless the Deck is spinning to some extent.
